We rarely get to do maximalist design style in Arizona, so we jumped at this townhome remodel. Our challenge was redesigning the primary bathroom to fit two sinks, a vanity, a bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet room in a limited space without giving up closet space. We did over 20 floor plans before we convinced the client to push out the bathroom wall shared with the bedroom. Just 10 inches gave us the space we needed to give them everything they wanted. Plus we expanded the closet – wall to wall, floor to ceiling with fully sliding doors.
