In the hills right next to Paradise Valley off Lincoln Road, we refreshed the kitchen of this home with new fixtures, countertops and painted cabinets. Replaced the reach-in laundry in the dining room (yes, laundry in the dining room!) and created a new pantry and laundry room by stealing a few inches from a linen closet, bedroom and the dining area.
