Oak Street, Phoenix

Overlooking the hills of Papago Park, this 1960s home was a perfect candidate for a major remodel.

Flagstaff Vacation

Originally, this Flagstaff Vacation spec home was designed for the rental market, however, once completely furnished, the homeowners fell in love with how the home reflected their personalities and have decided to use it as a family get-away with their two adult children and grand-dog.
The house, furnished around the homeowner’s collection of colorfully framed vintage signed rock posters from concerts they’ve attended, has a bit of an industrial, vintage vibe. Details abound including a motional sectional covered in performance fabric, beautiful white pendants installed above the counter-height dining table, a cozy lounge/reading area using blue swivel chairs the clients already owned, boot trays at the entryways for those snowy days, privacy window coverings that let the sunshine in, and a gorgeous cream swivel chair and a desk in the study for extended stays during quarantine.
The guest room is inviting and cozy in winter white and the bunk bedroom is perfect for when future grandkids come to visit.

Donna Brann Interiors

Clients feel in love with our design and decided not to rent the house. Designed around the clients love for concert memorabilia. Cozy bedrooms. Created an outdoor firepit pit area and a custom patina steel fence.
