LD Development hired Donna Brann Interiors for our second project together. Working with our real estate agent, we found the right property in the Arcadia area of Phoenix on a street where 30% of the homes were undergoing renovation.
Details include a gorgeous, angled floor to ceiling tiled fireplace wall and rough-hewn beam, beautiful warm greige engineered hardwood flooring, a wet bar area with beaded glass-fronted cabinets, a wine closet with built-in wine fridge, and large pantry cabinetry near the breakfast nook with open shelving and a drop zone, and a laundry room complete with a hanging bar for drying clothes, fabulous tile flooring, and a custom mudroom.
